We have prepared our own document SLA (Service Level Agreement), which clearly defines what each order includes. This document is publicly available and serves as a reference point for cooperation – both for us and for clients.

Technology

We have an internal TMS (Transport Management System) that supports us in organizing and monitoring transport. If necessary, we provide the client with access to current information about the vehicle and the progress of the order.

Experienced team

Every order is supported by a team of dispatchers and drivers experienced in international transport. Our drivers communicate in Polish and English, comply with labor regulations, and are trained in document handling and procedures ADR.
