Who We Are?
We are a transport company specializing in international cargo deliveries with vans up to 3.5 tonnes. We operate routes across Europe, serving mainly clients from the manufacturing, trade, and industrial sectors.
Our focus is on reliable execution, punctuality, and transparent communication. Our clients always know who is responsible for their shipment and have direct, ongoing contact with the person handling their order.
How We Work
We follow our own set of standards that we have developed ourselves.
We have prepared our own SLA (Service Level Agreement) document, clearly defining what each order includes. This document is publicly available and serves as a reference point for cooperation – both for us and for our clients.
Selected Standard Elements:
- Full compliance with the CMR Convention
- Carrier’s liability insurance (OCP) of €1,000,000, including coverage for gross negligence
- No subcontracting without prior written consent
- CMR and WZ documents emailed within 24 hours after delivery
- Cargo securing equipment (straps, mats, tools, seals)
- Stops only at guarded or monitored parking areas
People and Tools
Behind every order is a team of dispatchers and drivers experienced in international transport. Our drivers communicate in both Polish and English, comply with work regulations, and are trained in document handling and ADR procedures.
We operate our own internal TMS (Transport Management System), which supports us in organizing and monitoring shipments. If needed, we provide clients with real-time updates on the vehicle’s location and the progress of their order.
Cooperation
For many of our clients, we work on a long-term basis – handling regular routes, ad hoc transports, and seasonal needs.
