A. Data protection

   • Fulfillment of legal obligations (accounting and taxation) – legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) RODO.
   • Investigating or securing claims – legal basis: article 6(1)(f) RODO.
3. Voluntariness of providing data
   • Provision of personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so may prevent the establishment of cooperation or performance of services.
4. Scope of data to be transmitted
   • Personal data may be transferred to third parties (e.g., IT service providers, logistics operators, administrative bodies), only to the extent necessary to fulfill the purposes.
   • AMG secures data under separate agreements with these entities.

     • To object to the processing (Article 21 RODO).

7. Processing of data outside the EEA
   • Personal data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or to international organizations.
8. The right to file a complaint
