All domestic and international transports that take place within Poland must be reported in the SENT system. This applies to imports, exports, and transit through Poland.
No, international transport operations carried out exclusively outside of Poland (e.g. from Germany to France without passing through Poland) do not require SENT registration.
The SENT system mainly covers liquid fuels, denatured alcohols, vegetable oils, and selected chemical substances.
